Video Summary
A 28-year-old woman with chronic non-cyclical pelvic pain and bladder wall endometriosis underwent robotic surgery. Bilateral ureteral stents were placed for safety. The bladder was carefully dissected from adhesions to the uterus. A cystotomy was made away from ureteral orifices to excise a deeply infiltrating endometriotic bladder nodule. The nodule was removed, and the bladder repaired in two watertight layers. Postoperative cystoscopy and cystogram confirmed successful excision and healing. The patient recovered without complications and was pain-free at follow-ups. This case highlights careful robotic dissection and multi-layer bladder repair for deep bladder endometriosis.
